Please help me not be a moron.

I have been being very, very bad about getting to bed at a reasonable hour, lately. Sometimes for halfway decent reasons, sometimes just for stupid.

My AIM handle is tamtri. If you see me online (and not "away") between midnight and 7 am? Please, for the love of Mike (whoever he is), ask me why I'm not in bed, or tell me to go to bed, or something of the sort. It seriously does help, I lose track of time sometimes.
